We put our Sky Zone socks on and proceeded out to jump. No one at the registers said ANYTHING to me about not being able to jump with the kids. The long version: I brought a 6, 4, and 2 year old to Sky Zone and paid for them and myself to jump for an hour. I highly recommend saving yourself the frustration by taking your business to the Airport trampoline park instead. The short version: if you have small children you want to jump with, DON'T GO! It's a giant waste of money and a very frustrating experience all around. Thankfully Groupon is wonderful to work with as far as refunds go, because I would never recommend this place to anybody!! It was insane!! The manager was utterly condescending in her tone, and every worker in there took great joy in the power trip the rules gave them. Another child was told he needed to play with the adults due to the safety rule, then he got moved to the kids side 2 minutes later due to the safety rule.

And the rules apparently change as the game goes along. Apparently getting pegged in the head with the force of a ball thrown by a teen is safer than myself jumping in a square 8 feet away from my own kid. On top of that, they pit the adults and teens against the kids and toddlers (safety rule). I finally had to inform him that I didn't believe that was part of the "rules". After getting out, the worker kept telling the kids all kinds of ridiculous things they could do to "get back in quicker" (i.e., singing the Frozen song, dancing to the music, etc.). The place is run by teenagers, who apparently think it's cool to enforce every rule imaginable to kids younger than them.

He apparently bounced too long before jumping into the foam pit, even though he was the only person doing it. Talk about rule after rule after rule everything they did was wrong!! My son fell down and before he could get up was told there's no sitting on the mat. What was I supposed to say to my kids? We elected to only use one of our Groupons and let them jump. Convenient of them to say this once you're already standing there. Oddly enough, there is a greater size difference between my husband and I than with myself and either of my children. This was a "safety rule" due to our size difference.

Only AFTER arriving and checking in were we informed at the front desk that not only could we not jump with our kids, we could not even jump on the same side as our kids. My family of 4 had purchased a Groupon to use here.
